UWILL(uwillsoft)은 사용자의 개인정보와 데이터를 최우선으로 존중하며 안전하게 보호합니다.
Google Chrome 웹 스토어 사용자 데이터 정책 및 User Data FAQ 규정을 철저히 준수합니다.
1. Chrome 웹 스토어 정책 및 User Data FAQ 준수 선언
본 개인정보처리방침은 개발사 UWILL (uwillsoft)(이하 "개발자")이 배포하는 모든 모바일 애플리케이션 및 Google Chrome 확장 프로그램(Chrome Extension)에 공통 적용됩니다.
개발자가 제작 및 배포하는 모든 Chrome 확장 프로그램은 Google이 고지한 아래 공식 정책 규정을 전면 준수하도록 설계되었습니다:
"확장 프로그램을 통해 처리되는 모든 데이터의 사용은 '제한된 사용(Limited Use)' 요건을 포함하여 Chrome 웹 스토어 사용자 데이터 정책 및 FAQ 가이드를 철저히 준수하며, 단일 전용 목적(Single Purpose) 외의 어떠한 용도로도 사용자 데이터를 수집·이용·전송·판매하지 않습니다."
2. 사용자 데이터 수집 및 처리 현황 (9대 분류)
개발자는 사용자의 프라이버시를 절대적으로 보호하기 위해 데이터 최소화 원칙(Data Minimization)을 엄격히 고수합니다. Google Chrome 웹 스토어 개발자 대시보드 및 User Data FAQ에서 규정하는 9대 사용자 데이터 항목 전체에 대해 일절 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

3. User Data FAQ 기반 5대 핵심 확약 사항
Chrome Web Store User Data FAQ에서 규정하는 '제한된 사용(Limited Use)' 기준에 따라 다음 5가지 사항을 엄숙히 준수합니다:
오직 스토어에 공표된 핵심 기능(단일 목적)을 구현하고 개선하는 데만 기술을 한정하며, 부가적인 목적이나 무관한 기능을 위해 데이터를 우회 활용하지 않습니다.
어떠한 경우에도 사용자 데이터를 제3자, 데이터 중개인(Data Broker), 리셀러에게 판매, 대여 또는 전송하지 않습니다.
개인화 광고(Personalized Advertising), 관심사 기반 타겟 광고, 리타겟팅(Re-targeting)을 목적으로 사용자 데이터를 이용하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
사용자의 명시적 요청(기술 지원)이나 보안 침해 사고 조사, 법률 준수를 제외하고는 개발자 또는 제3자가 사용자의 데이터를 직접 열람(Human Read)하지 않습니다.
신용도 판단(Creditworthiness determination), 금융 대출 심사 또는 이에 준하는 평가 목적으로 사용자 데이터를 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
4. 기기 내 로컬 스토리지 처리 및 영구 파기 정책
User Data FAQ 규정 안내: 구글 User Data FAQ는 "데이터가 사용자 기기에만 로컬 저장되고 외부 서버로 전송되지 않더라도 데이터 취급(Handling)에 해당하므로 투명하게 공개해야 한다"고 명시하고 있습니다. 이에 따라 로컬 저장 처리 내용을 명확히 밝힙니다:
- 로컬 환경에 격리 저장되는 항목: 사용자가 확장 프로그램 팝업이나 설정 화면에서 직접 지정한 비개인정보 UI 옵션(예: 다크 모드/라이트 모드 테마, 정렬 기준 등)에 한하여 브라우저 로컬 저장소(
chrome.storage.local)에 저장됩니다. - 개인정보 및 웹 콘텐츠 로컬 비저장: 브라우징 내역, 방문 웹페이지 본문, 비밀번호, 결제 정보 등은 기기 로컬 스토리지에도 일절 저장되지 않습니다.
- 즉시 파기 원칙: 사용자가 브라우저에서 확장 프로그램을 제거(Uninstall)하거나 브라우저 캐시를 삭제하는 즉시 모든 로컬 설정 데이터는 복구 불가능하게 자동 영구 파기됩니다.
- 외부 중앙 서버 미운영: 개발자는 사용자 활동을 로깅하거나 데이터를 동기화하는 자체 외부 데이터베이스 및 원격 서버를 일절 운영하지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 보안 및 전송 암호화 규정 (HTTPS / TLS)
User Data FAQ의 보안 전송 요건(Secure Transmission)에 따라 다음 안전 조치를 이행합니다:
- 전송 구간 암호화: 확장 프로그램 및 개발자의 공식 사이트(www.uwillsoft.com)와 연결되는 모든 웹 요청은 최신 암호화 프로토콜인 HTTPS / TLS 1.3을 통하여 암호화 전송됩니다. 평문(HTTP) 형태의 비암호화 통신은 일체 지원하지 않습니다.
- 계정 인증 정보 미접근: 확장 프로그램은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 구글 계정 OAuth 토큰, 비밀번호, 쿠키 등의 인증 정보에 접근하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
6. 최소 권한의 원칙 및 권한 사용 범위
- 최소 권한의 원칙(Minimum Permissions): 확장 프로그램의
manifest.json에 정의된 브라우저 권한은 핵심 기능 구현에 기술적으로 불가결한 최소한의 권한만을 선별하여 요청합니다. 미래의 확장성만을 이유로 광범위한 권한(불필요한 호스트 권한 등)을 사전 요청하지 않습니다. - 사전 고지 및 투명성(Prominent Disclosure): 백그라운드에서 임의로 데이터를 가로채거나 스크랩하는 은닉 동작을 수행하지 않습니다.
- 모바일 앱의 서드파티 광고 안내: Chrome 확장 프로그램에는 어떠한 상업 광고도 포함되지 않습니다. 단, UWILL이 별도로 배포하는 모바일 앱 중 일부 무료 버전의 경우 Google AdMob을 사용하여 광고가 송출될 수 있으며, 이는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 준수합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보 보호
개발자의 소프트웨어 및 확장 프로그램은 만 14세 미만(또는 관할 지역 법령에 따른 아동)을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하거나 취급하지 않습니다.

1. Compliance with Chrome Web Store Policy & User Data FAQ
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and Google Chrome Extensions developed and published by UWILL (uwillsoft) (the "Developer").
Every Chrome Extension created by the Developer is strictly engineered to comply with Google's official policies:
"The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs or processed by our extensions strictly adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements and User Data FAQ. No user data is used for purposes other than the single prominent purpose explicitly disclosed to the user."
2. User Data Collection and Processing (9 Categories)
The Developer strictly practices Data Minimization. Across all 9 categories defined by the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard and User Data FAQ, our extensions and apps DO NOT collect, record, or transmit any user data to external servers.

3. Five Core Limited Use Certifications (User Data FAQ)
In direct alignment with the Chrome Web Store User Data FAQ and Limited Use policies, the Developer certifies that:
Data handling is strictly limited to providing or improving the single, prominent user-facing purpose disclosed in the extension listing.
User data is never sold, leased, or transferred to third parties (including data brokers, ad networks, or analytics companies).
User data is never used or transferred for serving personalized, interest-based, or re-targeted advertisements.
Humans are prohibited from reading user data, unless the user provides explicit consent (e.g. for customer support), or it is strictly required for security investigations or legal compliance.
User data is never used or transferred for assessing creditworthiness, lending eligibility, or personalized financial evaluation.
4. Local Storage & Deletion Policy (User Data FAQ Compliance)
User Data FAQ Clarification: Google's User Data FAQ explicitly specifies that "even if user data is processed or stored strictly locally on the user's device and never transmitted to an external server, developers must disclose how it is handled." In compliance with this rule:
- Local-Only Storage: Only non-sensitive user interface configurations (such as user-selected dark/light theme options) are saved locally in the browser sandbox (
chrome.storage.local). No personal data or browsing content is stored. - Immediate & Complete Deletion: When a user uninstalls or removes the extension from Chrome, all locally stored data and settings are immediately and permanently removed by the browser.
- Zero Remote Servers: The Developer operates no external database, telemetry backend, or remote tracking servers.
5. Secure Transmission & Cryptography (HTTPS / TLS)
In accordance with the User Data FAQ requirement for secure data handling:
- Mandatory Encryption: Any web communication associated with the Developer's official domain (www.uwillsoft.com) or documentation strictly requires HTTPS / TLS 1.3. Plain-text (HTTP) transmission is prohibited.
- Zero Credential Access: The extension does not require login or registration, and never accesses, reads, or transmits Google account credentials, passwords, or authentication cookies.
6. Minimal Permissions & Use of Permissions Policy
- Permission Minimization: In accordance with the Chrome Web Store Use of Permissions policy, the extension requests only the narrowest browser permissions strictly necessary to execute its primary user-facing features. Broad host permissions (such as
<all_urls>) are not requested unless strictly required. - No Ads in Extensions: UWILL's Chrome Extensions contain zero advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party monetization scripts.
- Mobile App Disclosures: For certain separate mobile applications distributed by UWILL, Google AdMob may be used to serve non-personalized or personalized ads. In such cases, advertising identifiers and diagnostic metrics may be processed by Google LLC in compliance with the Google Privacy Policy. Users can opt out via OS-level tracking settings at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
Our extensions and software are not directed to children under 14 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly solicit, collect, or handle personal data from children.
